Speaking on his Twitter handle, the Minister of Energy and Power Development Advocate Fortune Chasi notified his followers that ZESA was reverting back to Stage 2 load-shedding.
Zimbabwe has been plagued by crippling power-cuts with the cause being the low water levels at Kariba. The situation is further worsened by the obsolete equipment which is always breaking down.
ENERGY UPDATE: Sadly Unit 5 at Hwange broke down yesterday late afternoon. This causes us to revert to Stage 2. The inconvenience is obvious & regrettable.
